Goodbye to the Shortest Day.
I look forward to December 21st because tomorrow the days start getting
longer again. I had hoped to take a picture of the sun setting on the
year's shortest day, but no, the clouds stayed put all day, grey and
oppressive. So how about a nice picture of the sun rising on the longest
day of '05 instead! This is Bear Lake, which straddles both Utah and
Idaho. We go there every year on June 21st to celebrate summer
solstice. Can't wait till next year.
