Finals Time
So, instead of writing a paper I am updating. Oh how I love to procrastinate.
I am about half way through finals. Only have to finish up a history paper, take a sociology final, and write a 10 page paper for AmericanCiv. I will be done on Wednesday, but I won't be home until Saturday. I have two days to say goodbye to everyone and to pack. I am sad to leave, but will be very happy to be home.
Unfortunately, I will probably not be able to hang out until a week after I get home. I promised my mother I would help work the budget vote on Tues. and then on Friday we are leaving for my sister's graduation. I can't believe she is graduating. I feel so old. I remember when she went away to college and I felt like I would never be done with high school. Now here I am halfway through my college career.
This summer I will be a Town of Babylon employee at Venetian Shores. I will be a Certified Pool Operator, meaning that I will test the pH of the water in the spray park and pick up after people who are unable to use garbage cans and recycling bins. It will be an ok job I suppose. Outside, which is nice, and not really needing to deal with people a la Target so I guess its good. I don't start until the Spray park opens in June so I will have a couple of weeks free. I will probably end up babysitting or something.
