time to get back on track

While I am on break from school I have made myself two promises:

1. I will get back on track with healthy eating
2. I will start exercising daily

So far so good. I signed up for weight watchers online today...The nice thing about weight watchers is that you can have a treat if you want...I can have a glass of wine or a piece of chocolate and not feel like I "fell off" the wagon. I think I am ready to make the commitment to losing the weight I have gained in the last year and half...hmmm since I met Robb. Ohhh relationship weight. not so fun. I am excited about losing the weight..but moreso about having energy and feeling healthier. I am hoping this bit of motivation will get me through the holidays without gaining any weight..and hopefully losing some. I have lost a lot of confidence since I have gotten a lil pudgier...and am excited to get to a place where I feel healthy and happy with myself again. =0)
