There and Back Again
I'm home from hospital now. I couldn't remain there any longer, since my insurance only covers three days' stay. At least I had my cast cut off before I left, and while I've now a very interesting tan line, everything is fine. I'm on antibiotics, currently, and while I was terribly afraid of the doctors not noticing my allergy bracelet, they did, and utter disaster--and hives--are averted once more.
I don't want to think what I'd feel like if I hadn't grabbed it before I left for the doctor's.
I'm holed up in my room at home, if anyone wants to visit and listen to the very interesting symphony of sounds that goes with pneumonia. And yes, Xig, I am currently being drowned in Mum's famous chicken soup.
