I'm not very proud to announce that I have become the "old fart" that everyone makes me out to be. My hair is turning white, presumably from all of this stress recently.
Firstly, Celes is doing much better. She's still not quite back to her normal self, but she's doing very well. She started taking naps again, she stays much closer to home during the day, and although she's still shaken from what happened to Albanion--and aren't we all?--, she's fine. Thank you for your concerns and well-wishes in what was a very difficult time for us.
What happened to Albanion was just deplorable. But, I have total confidence in his recovery, as he's just as stubborn as his father, and as tough as his mother. He'll pull through, don't fret.
In other, slightly less dark news, a rooster has taken residence in Aeris' back garden. I'm sure he's doing very well for himself, and we've made him a little coop, but he's very noisy. The neighbours don't claim him as theirs, so if anyone knows anything about him, please tell us so we can return him to his proper home.
