To say I'm in a state of elation barely scrapes the surface of what I'm feeling right now.

I got the lead. I get to play PETER PAN.

The cast list is absolutely flooded with TTU students! Congratulations to everyone who made it!
I am most definitely opening that bottle of champagne tonight. If anyone else feels in the mood for a celebration, you're ( Read more... )

See, I told you you were awkward and perfect! Now, for us to start planning those epic sword battles!

That, and I expect my cheer to be raised every time I enter a room!

We have an official cast meeting on Monday. Perhaps before that? Balthier has to be there as well, the two of us have a rather smashing fight together.

I certainly don't have to start your cheer. You have the Lost Boys at first, not me. I'm certain they'll love you, though, so you might be able to expect it within a few rehearsals.

Ahah, the old man gets to kill me, doesn't he? Fantastic. I'm sure he'll enjoy that bit~ perhaps I'll have to come up with something amazing and brilliant to soak up HIS attention like a sponge. ALL EYES ON THE FADING RUFIO, CHAMPION OF THE LOST BOYS!

Aw, come on, at least once! And hey, most of those kids already love me. I don't know why, I'm such a bad influence... but they adore me. Ever since that Christmas caper, they haven't allowed me to go five days without visiting. I usually take them with me to the park to let them play while I work. They're fun.

Indeed he does, but Hook is eaten by the crocodile in the end, so all is well.
I think he's going to be nigh-unrecognisable underneath all of that make-up and hair, so perhaps you won't have to. As long as you keep to the script, I think our director will allow it.

You'll get your cheer, don't fret.
I had forgotten about that. At least they all know you, and I'm sure you'll have great chemistry with them on stage.
Do you know who Celes is? She's been cast as Maggie, but I don't think I've met her before...

Oh, come now, you KNOW he'll find some way to make sure everyone knows it's him. How do I know? Because I'm just like him! But, in a different way. Whereas he's the type to love having all eyes his way, I'm more the type that loves the distraction and can get around in the shadows. It's one of those relationships that's like a cow and a cow bird.

I'll fret as much as I want to! Maybe I can get the dance squad to start doing it...

Celes? She's a transfer child, one who couldn't find a home in another orphanage, and was sent here for hope of finding someone. She's adorable, but I haven't had much time to get to know her if that's your question.

I see your point, and I understand your metaphor, but what is a cow bird?

The dance squad? Dear heavens, I didn't know you had them in your harem as well.

Ah. That's fine, then, I suppose I'll get to know her well during these next few weeks.
I hope Aeris doesn't become jealous over the fact that I have to kiss two women that are not her...

One of those birds that sits on a cow and eats the bugs off them? They were all over my home world... I guess they're not as common as I thought.

... harem? Just because I'm part of the squad doesn't mean they're all girlfriends of mine or something. I'm a one woman man when I actually have one I want to keep around.

As shall I! She seems adorable and sweet to boot. Don't worry, Aeris will be fine! She'll just make you pay for it in the boudoir~

I always knew them as a different name. We call them Oxpecker birds. Now your metaphor makes a bit more sense.

Ah. You and Kairi, I assume? I'm very glad for the two of you. Would you two, perhaps, like to go on a double date with Aeris and I?

I'll take your word for it, although she does sound quite kind. Perhaps I should stop in at the orphanage tomorrow?
Ahem. Well, ah...

Ah hah! Language barrier, kiss our ass!

Ah, yeah. She's magnificent... and she won't believe me when I tell her so! A double date? I'll have to see when we both have time. We're so hectic we hardly have time for each other...

Maybe. Or you'll meet her at the first practice!

My Uncle Rooster is an ornithologist. I've been learning the names of birds for years, but perhaps the ones I know are different than yours.

Don't worry, I'm sure she knows she is on the inside.
I suppose we have it a bit easier, because while we're both very busy between class, work, and now rehearsals, we live together. What we always try to do is just stop and spend time together every day.

I suppose, yes. I certainly can't wait to see all of the cast together at our meeting. How many Lost Boys do you have?

tantailizer March 27 2010, 03:18:20 UTC
Perhaps. Language and society barriers and stuff I suppose.

Of course, but she'll never admit it. Thus, I have to make her believe it!

Yeah. My room is a floor above hers so I can just swing over and see her any time I want, if she's home... but that's usually when she's in nothing but undies... and as much as I'd love to see that, I... won't without her permission...

About two dozen of them. They're all so cute and squishy!

Where are you from again? It seems to have slipped my mind at the moment...I'm guessing it's neither England nor Twilight Town.

Isn't that always how it is, though?

That's very good of you, Zidane. As tempting as it was when I was dating Aeris, I refrained from that as well, and I waited until she was ready.

Two dozen? That's amazing! I hope they all find homes thanks to this, that would be wonderful.

Gaia, but on the opposite side of the universe from the other one where SOLDIER and Mako and all that lurks. At least, that's where I think I'm from. That's where I was raised, we'll say that.

I suppose. She, more so than others I've dated before.

Trust me, it's tempting enough when I can stare as long as I want without getting caught. It's just...

Apparently they're getting someone rich old lady to play Wendy... have they dropped a name yet?

cardsstarsdice March 27 2010, 04:24:08 UTC
Aeris is from that Gaia, the one that's not yours. She's never mentioned SOLDIER to me, though...what's that?
You were raised? Do you...do you not know your parents?

Yes, you can, but there's just that special something about her that stops you, and separates her from everything and everyone else...I know how you feel, Zidane. Don't worry, you'll get through this.

I don't believe they have...the director mentioned wanting Father's approval on whoever he casts, I don't know if Father is liable to say or not. Perhaps they're waiting to surprise us somehow?

One of my close friends had a boyfriend from there. Jenova's from there, too. I'm not too sure about SOLDIER but ... apparently it's somewhat of a bully organization.

I was found when I was eight, wandering around a dirt path, half dead with nothing to my name but a dog tag... which I can't find! DX

I'm so ready to get some action... ugh, but I don't want to push her, you know? I don't think I've ever waited a fraction of this long...

I see. I hear she's an amazing person, regardless. I can't wait to get it going! I've got a fancy sword or two if you'd like to borrow one.

A bully organization? How so? Do they do the equivalent of kicking smaller children around or something?

Oh...I'm sorry, Zidane, I didn't know. I hope you find your dog tags soon. I know I'd feel the same way if I couldn't find my--well, I'd be very sad, too.

Don't push her. Waiting is difficult at times, yes, but it's worth the wait. When she's ready for something like that, you'll both know.

Who? Our actress or the real Granny Wendy? I only know of her from stories, but she was a great help to Father.
I think I might wait until our actual swords come in. I'll be more used to the weight and such, and won't have to change swords after I become used to one.
