Can you do more than one category per item? Like one picspam covering song, cake, venue, etc. Also, is meta okay?

Yes, meta is okay!

You can do more than one category per item (just keep in mind to earn full bonus points you must include 10 categories and at least five different types of work.)

Can I combine challenges? EG with the "Three little words". Say I wrote a fic with 700 words. Can I count 500 of them for 3LW and 200 for this challenge?

Also, can I use different types of picspams as different types of work? Like I've done a mood board, and maybe want to do a plain picspam and a poster (like an invitation)?

How about a fanmix or mini-mix? How many points? (10 each front/back cover and 1 pt per song, with link?)

And, would a picspam, a tumblr graphic, a mood board, and a what do you call those things where you pick outfits, all constitute different "types of work"?
