(no subject)
It's been a good few weeks. Since I've updated this thing and, well, altogether really. Susan's due home in a week and Hannah's been ahh-- rather impatient to see her. I can't wait to see her either but at least I'm not erupting into giggle fits every odd minute. Though I must say seeing Han everyday has made this a very happy week. Very happy.
For those of you who didn't know, Hannah is safe and residing in the Macmillan residence for a while (until Susan get's back.) She's made my mum happy, what with someone else to fuss over. Hope mum doesn't annoy her.
The Hufflepuff reunion weekend went off without a hitch. By the end of it we were at least tipsy and laughing our heads off. Yes, even Smith. He can spin a good one if roused.
I've dropped some of my workload to spend more time ahh, keeping Hannah company. You know, lunches, day trips to Muggle London, dinners...That is to say, what kind of host would I be if I left her to potter around the house with just my mum for company? And anyway, apparently I'm not senior enough to go to conferences in Scotland. While they're away I might as well have a bit of time off. Then I'll be back hard at it. I'll have to show them I'm competent. I'll be indispensable yet.
Until then...I've a feeling it's going to be another good week.
