What did you expect or want to see happen in the season finale episode? Gosh, I don't know. This was my favorite show for years, and I still love the reruns, but the last few seasons have been really off. Then the news that if the show was to be renewed, Stana Katic wouldn't be back?? I guess there was trouble between the two leads. Then we heard the show got cancelled, and the rumors of two different endings....one if the show was to continue, and one if not? I mostly wanted to watch to see how they handled it.
If you favorite character was in the episode, did enjoy the scenes they had? I thought the whole thing was bittersweet. I loved most of the characters even though I had gotten tired of Beckett and didn't get why they added the new characters. But our old faves: Lanie, Espo, and Ryan, and Castle's family: Martha and Alexis? I'm going to miss them.
If a crime/mystery story did you find the reveal or the solution satisfying? I was totally uninterested in Lok Sat and the whole Kate vengeance thing, but once it got (kind of) resolved, I'll admit I felt relieved.
If it was the series finale, are you satisfied or disappointed with the ending overall? I thought they ended it as well as they could have. There's a bit of "did they or didn't they" but I prefer to think they had the kids...I have a head-canon that they had triplets, i wrote a fic about it!...so I'd still like to think that's true!!
