Does anyone else ever find themselves looking at people's away messages or profiles on AIM?
If so, just do what I do to prevent yourself from doing it again:
1) When/if you find yourself looking at away messages/profiles, stop yourself and recognize what you're doing.
2) Form a strong, tight fingered 'paper' hand (like in rock paper scissors).
3) Karate chop your mouse-hand as hard as you can. No mercy.
