So, I've been avoiding LJ since Friday afternoon when I, quite on time, posted my paperlegends BB ( link to the master post, in case you missed it :D). People, I am still freaking out about it, even though the feedback has been nothing short of wonderful. I seriously appreciate everything everyone has been saying and for your unending support during that little endeavor. It means so much.
I have to say, though... I'm never doing a BB again. LOL. While it was fun and an experience, the stress was beyond measure for me. Apparently I don't do epic on a deadline well. *shrug* However, I am thinking about doing reel_merlin next round, since I had to drop this time. We'll see. I want to finish Notes (no longer on my fic journal), too. But, all in good time.
Instead, starting today, I'm focused solely on my pphpficexchange story. I have it all outlined in my head, but I need to get it down on paper, so I don't forget. It's going to be a horror fic, which... well, I'm starting to think that it's going to be a good genre for me. It makes no sense, to be honest, because I can't watch a horror movie if my life depended on it. But, I did write The Anti-Cupid and that was an almost horror fic... more suspense, but yeah. I dunno. We'll see.
Either way, the Melon Baller is out of town this week again, so I should get a good chunk of writing done. Though, I do have a ridiculous amount of work to do this week. Blech.
I need an actualfax vacation.
Maybe now that I have my BB posted, I'll be a better LJ friend... Heh. :P
