Bang, bang!

Alright, first order of business: I've decided to only make "real life" (mostly munchkin oriented) postings Friends Only from here on out, because the sheer amount of fandom squeeage I've started to partake in (which isn't nearly as much as some of you other flisters than I adore so much) should be shared by all. Sooooo, woo! Public ( Read more... )

Hehehe. Sorry! :D It's my favorite one on that CD right now. I listen to it over and over and over again. Haha!

It's such a fun album, but sadly I haven't listened to it since I moved to Chicago (over 8 months ago) for two reasons: 1) I used to listen to it with my best friend, who I had to leave behind, :( and 2) I used to listen to it while driving, and we don't have a car anymore. Somehow it just isn't the same listening to some music when you're walking around and on the subway on your iPod as it is when you're in the car, singing along at the top of your lungs. And I don't listen to much music when I'm home because Mr. N and I have a big studio loft apartment so we share noise.

tl;dr: My life has been bereft of GaGa since the end of August. So sad!

Awwwwwww! :( That's all so sad, bb! But I do get what you're saying about how music isn't the same unless you're in the car. Me, too. I can only listen then or when I'm at work. Sometimes I listen when I'm cleaning on Friday afternoons, but that's about it.

And I'm sad for you that you and your best friend don't get to listen to it together anymore. :( SAD PANDA!

Well, at least we were already really used to spending time together by talking online; we were friends all through college and then I moved about 45 miles south to be with my husband (fiance at the time). We saw each other on weekends, but we still did the majority of our socializing with each other online.

She moved to California unexpectedly a couple of months after I left because her boyfriend got a job, so it's just as well. That made both decisions (about moving) easier on us. I think I'll be able to visit her for a few days after my family vacation in Washington, so that would be nice. I've done long distance relationships before, so I'll make this work! ;) Ours is a forbidden love.
