Ah, here we go again. My friend Jess and I have been going to the gym together. Let me tell you, the buddy system is the way to go. We have gone for 4 days now, weekends we don't because we're not on campus. But, Monday - Friday we are, so we hit them gym in the morning, and DAMN do I feel GOOD. I keep forgetting why I stop going, because seriously, I feel awesome. What the hell stops me? I think it's because I am a lazy person by nature. Oh well.
I would like to lose weight this time around I think. The last few times I went to the gym, my goal has been just to get more fit, because I was always afraid if I said "I'm going to lose weight!" I would never stick to it. It would be true, but I have a buddy now. This changes things a bit. So far, I've done about 2o-3o mins of Cardio/Fat Burning each day followed up with some laps in the pool. I've added doing sit-ups today and I might add more as I go along. A friend of mine is a personal trainer, and I might be able to get her to help me out. This would be awesome, because I would like to get rid of my water wings. You know... the fat that hangs off the upper part of your arm? Yeah, I want that to go away. Either way, things are going well. I am just a little sleepy at the moment.
