Official Librarian-Type Notice.
This Wednesday (10th Dec) is the first of the reading groups. This week we'll be deciding for definite which book (or books) we will read over Christmas. The list is of e-books, so no one who wants to join in should have trouble getting a copy, since I'll be putting a link on here to the download as soon as we've decided.
Since we don't actively have a specific book to discuss, what with not having chosen one yet, I suggest that you bring whatever you're writing, and we have another writing group like last week. This week I hope to be a bit more organised, and have actual activities for people who want to participate, alongside the general 'turn up, and get motivation to finish your works in progress'.
I'll be in Milgi from 7.30, so come along. I'd prefer for us to be in the yurt, just because it's quieter, for the most part, but if it's as cold as it was last week, we might end up up front. Alternatively if we want to brave the yurt for the peace and quiet I reccommend that everone brings layers. And gloves. And possibly a blanket or two...
I'm hoping that by 8.30 enough people will have turned up that we can actually have discussion over book choices and make a descision. Anyone who isn't there by the time we've decided, sorry, but it's tough. You don't have to participate, but if you want a vote you have to be there. Later books will be decided when everyone returns in January.
