heh, borrowed some more korean dramas from my viola teacher. I swear, they're everywhere. My mom is holding a play rehearsal and someone brought one that they had borrowed from another person that was coming. lol..
random facts/opinions:
Chinese people make terrible voice actors/actresses, and they're no good at making dramas. But they are really good at acting and making story, history, or fighting films.
Taiwanese people are really good voice actors/actresses (and yes, there is a difference, we have different accents.) Dramas? Not too bad, the ones I've seen usually import actors/actresses of other nationalities though, just one or two. They're good at making fighting films. They also seem to have the knack of strange/a bit horror-ish films.
Korean people make great dramas and fictional films, I've also heard they're good at those strange/horror-ish films but I stick to dramas so I've never seen one of theirs.
And yes I'm serious about the voice actors/actresses going off what I've heard of the dubbed korean dramas. The Chinese do the wrong phrasing and the emotion totally isn't there, it's just distracting and bad. The last one I heard with Chinese people doing the dubbing even paused the music so they could talk and then put it on in between pauses, probably not their fault but that was seriously bad stuff. Then they messed up the phrasing and...gah. If you know it's dubbed by Chinese, try to find another one dubbed by the Taiwanese cuz they're soooo much better.
