Just A Quickie
There still isn’t a whole lot to report, but thought I’d mention what little there has been.
On the reading front, I’ve made decent headway. I finished Star Wars: MedStar: Battle Surgeons and Star Wars: MedStar: Jedi Healer. I enjoyed the series very much, especially since the books aren’t about any key epic battle. I enjoyed the characters, the twists in the stories (many times I thought something was gonna happen only to have something completely different happen). I definitely recommend the duology.
My next book is Mass Effect: Revelation. The book is a prequel to the game and I’m really looking forward to it.
Work it still slow. I’m lucky I’m doing as well as I have been on my checks, but luck and blessings can only go so far. I just hope things pick up soon.
On the gaming front, I’m just playing here and there different games. I’ve given up on just focusing on a single game here or there. There’s just too many I enjoy. So, I’m playing a little bit of everything.
I don’t think I’ll be playing with my brother Michael anytime soon though. His Xbox has broken down (freezes and then gives the Red Rings of Death). It really sucks, but I can’t say I’m surprised. I’m anything but. Even with the fan, he had it in such a compact area as I’m wiling to bet it all overheated.
I don’t know what he’s gonna do now.
