loooong day
so i got up at 8:30 this morning to trek out to maryland to find a target to get stuff for the party friday. finally got out there, only to find that i had no idea where i was. called my mom, and after explaining that, yes mom, i am wandering around maryland by myself, i got her too look up where i was on mapquest and tell me how to get to where i needed to be. trekked all the way over to where the target was, only to find... NO TARGET! that was obnoxious. and the trekking was especially hard, because it was snowy and rainy and i was wearing like 5 layers of clothes and carrying my messenger bag with all my class stuff in it, so it was really heavy.
so, after giving up on target, i trekked another mile or so up to this party store that i'd planned to go to anyway, and got basically everything there, so it was okay. but then i'd forgotten that i'd have to trek back to the metro station. go me. ah well. i made it. and i made it back to campus with plenty of time before class. of course, by the time i got back to campus, i felt like it should be evening, but no, it was only 1:30ish.
and i'd done all the reading for class on the metro, except this one that was online. and what do they decide to ask me about? THE ONE THING I DIDN'T READ! i did all the rest of the reading! sooo obnoxious!! sooooo embarrassing. in my favorite class, too. :'(
and then erin and i decided to go down to m street. yay more trekking! ;-) hahaha
and now hilary and i are being productive. i know, i know, what is the world coming to??
