Hypnosis!!!!

I tried doing this Paul Mckenna hypnosis thingy which you watch online and do 3 steps. It's supposed to help cure phobias. Mum had told me about it and i thought it was worth giving it a go!

I had arachnophobia, and no, it wasn't just some little fear where I'm a bit scared of spiders, I was absolutely terrified!
