Challenge 028: Matchmaker
CHALLENGE #028
Description Your challenge if you accept is to write a fic (either shippy or gen) based of a pair (either one fandom or a crossover) generated by the randomizer Queen (which would be me.)
GUIDELINES FOR THE CHALLENGE:
1) In the GET YOUR PAIRS thread you are gonna say HIT ME at this point you are going to give me EITHER ONE FANDOM with 5-20 CHARACTERS you like (that way it's easier for me to generate a pair) OR if you want a CROSSOVER you are going to give TWO FANDOMS with 5-20 CHARACTERS you like from each (please keep in mind.....if you have a huge crossover ship from the fandoms you chose for example Amy Pond/Dean Winchester the chances you are going to get them are slim, but hey you may get Dean/Clara and like them instead ;D thought I would give the warning).
EXAMPLE FORM USING BOTH OPTIONS:
- HIT ME (if you choose One Fandom): Stargate Atlantis (John Sheppard, Elizabeth Weir, Teyla Emmagan, Ronon Dex, Rodney McKay, Acastus Kolya, Aiden Ford, Jennifer Keller, Todd the Wraith, Laura Cadman, Carson Beckett)
- HIT ME (If you choose Crossover)
Fandom 1: Stargate Atlantis (John Sheppard, Elizabeth Weir, Teyla Emmagan, Ronon Dex, Rodney McKay, Acastus Kolya, Aiden Ford, Jennifer Keller, Todd the Wraith, Laura Cadman, Carson Beckett)
Fandom 2: Agents of SHIELD (Melinda May, Phil Coulson, Skye, Leo Fitz, Jemma Simmons, Grant Ward, Antoinee Tripplett, Raina, John Garrett, Victoria Hand, Felix Blake, Mike Peterson)
2) I am going to put the characters in a Randomizer and the first names on the list are going to be a pair
EXAMPLE:
1) FOR THE ONE FANDOM ROUTE: the Stargate Atlantis List for example gives Me Acastus Kolya and Elizabeth Weir as the first two names on the list....then the pair I am writing is ACASTUS KOLYA/ELIZABETH WEIR
2) FOR THE CROSSOVER ROUTE: The first name on the Stargate Atlantis List is John Sheppard and the first name on the Agents of SHIELD list is Melinda May then the pair I am writing is MELINDA MAY/JOHN SHEPPARD
3) You are going to write a fic with the two characters paired
NOTE: YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY NOT OBLIGATED TO WRITE YOUR PAIR AS A SHIP. IF FOR ANY REASON ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WRITING YOUR PAIR IN A ROMANTIC SETTING YOU CAN EITHER A) WRITE THEM IN A GEN SETTING OR B) IF YOU CANNOT AND I MEAN BEEN STARING AT A BLANK SCREEN FOR THREE HOURS THEN YOU CAN GO FOR A NEW COUPLE
