when we were standing in line there was a dad with his three little kids.
i commented on how cute it was.
she looked at me and asked if that made me upset to see.
i froze. then said no, i just think it's cute.
i guess she thought i didn't understand what she meant and proceeded to explain that because i didn't have a good relationship with my dad that she thought seeing kids happy and spending time with their dad would make me upset.
well it didn't, but now it does. thanks.
i think what made me most upset was that this came out of nowhere. and the fact that she said it in front of two people who don't really know what my life is like.
