AN AWESOME WEEKEND!
Wednesday night:
Funny thing.. I tried a tanning spray and put it on my body.. It stained my hands brown and I looked like I had jondus. Seriously I was a mix between yellow and brown.. I had a good laugh about it.
Thursday night:
It starts of with my sister's and I going to the hotel and setting up panels for the art show. People were getting ready, it was such an amazing moment. After I got back, David and I went to Denny's and talked to our new favorite waitress, Nora. She doesn't beat Barbara, but she is still good. Around 3 o'clock I crash from exhaustion and David volunteers to finish sewing my wings. They look awesome.. I got soo many complements, pics taken, kisses, and much glompage because of them.
Friday
David and I wake up and get to the con around 1:30. I lock my keys in my truck, and David only has 3 minutes to stay in the sun before he melts. We go to Con-Ops and get our badges. We are Security! So we got to walk around with walkie talkies, look totally cool, and tell people to shut up.. David and I guarded the Dealer Room and Concert Hall where DUEL JEWEL PLAYED!! >[]
