Emma had invited Gabriel, Aly and Constable Fraser for dinner. This did not mean that she would cook the dinner, as that would probably make people run screaming, and that was just not good for her hostess rep.
So she'd ordered a meal from Ching Tai. At some point she really had to check if Cafe Fina did takeaway, but for now, Chinese food and drinks. She finished setting the table, and went to throw out the takeaway boxes.
