I don't give 2 schnitzels about California. The southern half is not suited to human habitation, so what does LA do? Import enough water, power and other resources to support it's bloated population and wasteful "image maintenance", the population not concerning themselves that the amount of waste in just the transportaion of such resources alone could supply entire states. They don't seem to care. They don't care that their mere presence in that wasteland is a drain on the environment, the economy, and the patience of the rest of humanity.

So why in the hell should I care about their politics? I have plenty of recall and political mess right here in Milwaukee and Wisconsin. (Don't see national nightly news coverage of our dirty laundry, do you? No? Good. You shouldn't have to be subjected to that either.)

So news agencies, unless the entire population of southern California wakes up and moves to Oregon, or the Big One removes that blight from planet Earth for us, Shut the hell up about the bitchiest state in the union and get back to national news.
