I think those few minutes of the surveillance video of the boys shooting up the school were as intense as the whole of Elephant. I know Elephant was fictional but it still made me really scared to watch it...
I was terrified watching it too. I watched it in Edmonton alone. In this movie theater that suddenly felt very cold. I realize in retrospect that this is the kind of movie that a person should be watching with other people. So they feel it as much as you. And so you don't feel so alone in being scared.
