It has been about a week since I moved back to Madison and I'm still unsure of things. While things are not exactly the way I want them to be, I think it's much improved from last year. I'm taking one beast of a courseload this semester and I'm not sure if I'll survive with my sanity.
Right now I smell like cloned bacteria and purified protein. I am working in an oncology lab where my mentor is this amazingly intelligent chinese woman. I can't understand what she says 2/3 of the time, and she highly overestimates my knowledge in biochemistry, but I love being in that lab. I feel like I'm helping find a cure for cancer.
Who knows, someday, maybe I will...
