Uses selective coloring, non-translateable.
oo1. crop your picture down to icon size. mine is 100x100 pixels.
oo2. new curves layer, set to softlight 100%
input: 107 output: 164
oo3. new selective color layer
REDS: -46, 12, 8, -21
YELLOWS: -8, 20, -17, 22
CYANS: 35, 0, 0, 0
WHITES: 3, 0, 0, 20
oo4. new color fill layer, set to softlight 100% #acafb7
oo5. new curves layer, set to softlight (adjust opacity depending on your picture and how contrasty you want it to be.)
Do not change the input or output, just press ok. This step is only to add contrast.
