I woke up middle-of-the-nightish last night with my face feeling dry like a mummy's must feel. I blame my Benzol Peroxide stuff, but anyway, I staggered into the bathroom to moisturize (and get a drink), and when I was staggering back, I leant against my bedroom door for a fraction of a second. It was only a fraction of a second because of all the places I could have leant on, I leant on the place where there was a wasp. It stung me on my (oh-so-toned) bicep. Tricep? Halfway in between them, I guess.
Every time I get a bee/wasp sting, it hurts SO MUCH MORE than I remember. But, ever sensible, even half-asleep, I staggered (quickly!) back to the bathroom and put baking soda (my mom brushes her teeth with it) on my wound. And it worked OK, meaning, not RIGHT away, but 15 minutes later, after the baking soda paste was all ground into my sheets, it didn't hurt at all.
So it's all good, I suppose.
