New Sailor Moon Community
bssm_stills is an icontest community centered around Sailor Moon. I noticed there wasn't a Sailor Moon Stills community, well, I haven't been able to find one -- so I made one^^.
This community works pretty much the same way as other 'stillness' communities. That is; no animations. Unless otherwise stated by a Moderator.
Contests will start when we reach 12 to 15 members. Not much point running contests when there aren't many people.
So come check out bssm_stills. We need members, and participants^^.
Don't forget to read the rules though.
