Set to Soft Light -->

Copy the Original Image (Layer 1) and drag it to the top.
Filter > Noise > Median..
Set to 5, and out the layer to Soft Light.


Once again, copy the original image (Layer 1) and drag it to the top. Set this layer to Screen.


Now we need a border

It's still too dark. Copy the Original Image (Layer 1) and drag to the top.
Set to Screen.
