Today was busy at work, but I had time during lunch to do some bidding on e-Bay for a 1 terabyte flash drive. There must be something to be said about boys and the size of their toys. Fortunately, the day went by pretty quickly, and today, I found a quicker route to get from Langley AFB to the last exit before the tunnel headed 64E (right down Mercury and onto Mallory). Afterwards, I went to a meeting at Stables for "Endgame" and got some layout and technical issues figured out for Theatre Arts Ensemble's print design.
Aside from work, I've been on a Netflix binge. Recently, I've watched "Splash", "Xena: The Series Finale" and two South Korean horror flicks "Whispering Corridors" and "Memento Mori". Next on my list are "Moonstruck", "Alice" and "Faust" - the last two films by the Director of "Little Otik"/"Otesanek" a surrealist Czech film about a couple who raise a tree stump as their son (with an insatiable appetite).
In other news, I am once again redesigning my website to reflect a more professional design aesthetic. Soon I'll become a division of Odango Enterprises - a commercial communications venture between myself (the graphic and web designer) my aunt, who runs a publishing company, and a cousin in CA who does print work as well. Hoping to get it up by the end of this month (despite by being behind on everything).
Lesson learned: Sometimes all a guy needs are a pair of Dickies, some old Chuck Taylors, string cheese and a Fresca.
