It's remarkable what LOTR writers can do with 100 words. I like the peeling back of the layers of a moment. Many thanks for posting.

This was really intriguing - I found myself reading it a few times. I think it's really well-written. We're all "in a mood" sometimes, but you've expressed yourself very well during yours!
