Just here to say I'll be out of town for a few days. Hope you all don't miss me too much. *wink*

I got more info on X3 as well as Spiderman 3 :D

X3:
July 2, 2004: Handbag.com reports that Halle Berry will not be back for a third "X-Men" movie because her character, Storm, isn't going to be in it enough. According to their insider, "Halle was ready to do X-Men 3, but only if Storm was given more storyline, but the studio sees the third movie as a means to wrap up the trilogy, and that means Storm won't be featured more than Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. Halle has now passed on the third movie because she's not into bit-parts. She's an Oscar winner and she wants roles that test her". As a result, producers are now apparently looking to singer and actress Christina Milian as a possible replacement. Take this with a grain of salt as there has been no official announcement of Halle's decision.

Dun-dun-dun! No Halle! What are we going to do without the stuck up oscar winner? OH NO! *rolls eyes*

Spiderman 3:
Synopsis: With the phenomenal record-breaking success of Spider-Man, fans can look forward to future installments in the adventures of the Marvel hero. Toby Maguire and Kirsten Dunst are signed to return in Spider-Man 3 as Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. With Spider-Man 2 due in July 2004, Spider-Man 3 should arrive two years later. There is now talk of the appearance of Man-Wolf and Venom!

OOOH! *prays for Venom*

That's all for now!

Spanish Pipedream by John Prine

She was a level-headed dancer on the road to alcohol
And I was just a soldier on my way to montreal
Well she pressed her chest against me
About the time the juke box broke
Yeah, she gave me a peck on the back of the neck
And these are the words she spoke

Chorus:
Blow up your t.v. throw away your paper
Go to the country, build you a home
Plant a little garden, eat a lot of peaches
Try an find jesus on your own

Well, I sat there at the table and I acted real naive
For I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve
Well, she danced around the bar room and she did the hoochy-coo
Yeah she sang her song all night long, tellin’ me what to do

Repeat chorus:

Well, I was young and hungry and about to leave that place
When just as I was leavin’, well she looked me in the face
I said "you must know the answer."
"she said, "no but I’ll give it a try."
And to this very day we’ve been livin’ our way
And here is the reason why

We blew up our t.v. threw away our paper
Went to the country, built us a home
Had a lot of children, fed ’em on peaches
They all found jesus on their own
