The Borgias: 1.05, wtf?
So I saw episode five, The Borgias in Love. What the flying fuck was that?
Lucrezia was great, and you can see her growing and she'll probably be as wicked as the rest of her family. But what the fuck was up with Cesare? He was a stupid whimping fuck. HE'S CESARE BORGIA THE MOST INSANE FUCKER IN HISTORY AND YOU ARE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT HE'S NEVER KILLED A MAN BEFORE? BULLSHIT. Clearly he goes to shit without Lucrezia. He needs her back.
But both Juan and the Pope are hilarious and awesome and this is still a very addictive show. I LOVE historic stories, because reading ahead isn't spoiling, it's just reading up on history! It's also fun to see where history and show differs.
ETA: This girl writes a very good analysis of the episode that makes me like it more and understand it more. It's a very good read.
