I'm listening to oldies lol
I haven't written in a WHILE! I've been super busy with this project Tifany gave me, there are over 6,000 accounts to look up and handle! Some of them are duplicates which is good. All of the DA's ae really busy this afternoon so I have to clean the directory room out on Monday instead, which kinda sucks. It's okay as long as I get to do it but I usually clean it out on Fridays because we're allowed to wear jeans and it's a lot easier than doing it in tight pants! If I can remember that I have to do that on Monday, I'll try to remember to wear a skirt instead, that would be a little easier.
Cathching up...last week we had the unveiling of Idearc's new business plan, it sounds really good! I got excused from the phones for a few hours so I could watch the webcast with all the other support staff. All the reps were in Dallas, it was nice and quiet all week! And we got to wear jeans Wed. - Fri.
I called in sick on Friday because I had a terrible sore throat! I was sick all weekend, too! I had such a hoarse voice! Lukcily we had Monday off for president's day and by Tuesday I was feeling a little better, but by Wednesday I think I was fine. I'm still stuffy, I have been all week, but at least I'm getting over it. I also had this weird rash on my arm, but thanks to Aveeno and my eczema medicine it's almost gone.
I also found out this week that Dr. Gwilliam is in the in network for my new isurance so I can keep going to her! Yay!!
This week I tried to order headsets for the new reps but Stephen, the guy in Everett who approves orders, asked me to contact a different vendor so I had been doing that all week, it was becoming a bit pointless when I discovered they would be more expensive through this vendor because their headsets require these expensive amplifiers. The only reason Stephen thought they would be less expensive than the ones I orginally wanted is because some offices have updated phones that don't need amplifiers. So it was really all for naught, but he didn't know.
Anyway the DA's are sosos busy so Tifany asked me to update Ann's tracker for her so I will. I hope they don't expect me to stay late...
