*massive flail*
Yesterday was the debate finals and we lost, with dignity - in the sense that we didn't get trashed or anything. I actually think we did good but the other team did better, so they deserve to win. I don't generally like losing but in this case, second place isn't all that bad. We all got shiny trophies and nine hundred in cash. So all's good. :)
Now, to the part I've been wanting to post about all day. It was tysle's birthday party on Sunday but I had to go late because we had to meet beforehand at Starbucks for the debate, but after that was awesome. Because I went late, I missed lunch with my friends and missed Jonie too - she had to leave early. But everyone else there gave me a good time, Amanda, Fern, joey_smirk92 , Esther, Xing Yii and tysle (who is obviously made of so much WIN because she decided that we could watch this movie for her birthday celebration ♥). I seriously love my friends. :D
This conversation took place when I was paying for some stationary I had decided to buy.
Me: After tomorrow, I will be free! FREE!
Fern: Well...
Me: *comes to realization* Free to study.
Fern: Exactly what I was about to say. *smirks*
Me: *sulks*
So that was that.
AND I SAW MAMMA MIA! ♥ *massive flail* Finally. I am so filled with Meryl love right now, I'm buzzing with contentment. And I need to go watch it again, or get it on my iPod or something. But for now, let's all just bask it the awesome and gorgeous. :D
I swear, when I get more time on my hands, I'm going to do loads of photoshop and finally post some graphics - rather than all the real life rants I've bombarded you all with. And fic. And your Meryl wallpaper multicolour. I haven't forgotten, contrary to popular belief. ;)
