... is an earworm where you have a small riff going back and forth in your head, but can't remember where it's from. And, being me, you are utterly appalling at identifying lyrics when sung, let alone when remembering them being sung, so trying to Google for the song is much harder.
Turns out it was the "Shake it out, shake it out / And it's hard to dance / With a devil on your back / So shake him off" from Shake It Out by Florence and the Machine.
Googling for "Take it out, take it out" and "Shut your mouth" doesn't help.
