Due to an administrative error at Royal Mail your copy of [the book you ordered for your step-father which we dispatched on the 14th December because no-one else, including Amazon, had it in stock] has been returned us. We would like to apologise on their behalf. I have refunded your postage costs. Please let us know if you would like the book to be resent to you, or if you would prefer a full refund.
