The Flahive Family vacation... whoop dee doo....
So long everybody, I'm off on vacation with my folks.
We're driving up to Humbolt County up in Northern California to visit my grandpa for his 80th birthday. He lives, literally, in the middle of nowhere, 2 hours away from the nearest little town-- it's called Garberville, in fact. You can miss it if you drive too fast. I just found out that since there isn't enough room in the tent for all of my family, I get to sleep outside. Now, this may sound shitty, but up there, since there are no lights for miles around, you can see every single star that you possibly can with the naked eye. I can take walks in the middle of the night with no flashlight, because the stars are so bright, even through the trees. I LOVE walking through the forest at around one in the morning... It may sound weird and creepy, but up there, it's amazing. Anyways, hopefully I'll get a tan, since I'm going to be laying out where no one can see me- no tan lines, woohoo! I'm gonna learn a bunch of songs while I lay out.
