I finally got my computer back.. The fucking thing kept breaking and we had to send it to be fixed...
There is so much, too much, to say. Christmas was quiet and nice, and I got some things---cool CDs, cute underwear(hehe), socks, a pretty Bombay stool for a nonexistent vanity for ma chambre, the complete 2nd season of Sex and the City, an ab roller (very subtle, Santa), LOTR extended edition, etc, etc. I didn't get to see Mike, since I convinced him not to walk to my house from Baldwin Park on Sunday night, so we talked for a few hours. I don't know when I'll see him again, because he's going out with his friends on New Years Eve, and he told me to call him if I found a good party to go to, and I think I'm just going to hang out with some close friends. If any of you know of a big party on Friday that I can bring several Marines to, please let me know. I really want a New Years kiss.
I saw a some really cool people on Monday night, and would've hun out with them more, if two of my guy friends hadn't been so retarded and my phone hadn't died. Bleh.
I saw the Phantom of the Opera last night. It would have been fantastic if the leads hadn't had mediocre voices, if Christine hadn't SUCKED, and if all of the lip syncing hadn't looked so goddamn fake. There were parts when we could see that their lips weren't even matching the fucking words!! And this movie is up for Best Picture? It's Titanic all over again. And this girl up for Best Actress?? Give me a fucking break!!! She had the same expression on for ninety percent of the movie, and I personally know over ten girls who could've sung the part twice as good as her. When she first started singing Think of Me, I almost yelled at the screen. Couldn't they have found someone better? I mean, out of the entire English speaking world, the best they could come up with was her? It was very disappointing. Other than that, though, I enjoyed the movie. lol
