okay. todd solondz's movie storytelling.
maybe you've seen it, maybe you haven't. doesn't matter. don't rush out for it because i am about to tell you all you need to know.
in the movie, the main character is in a fiction writing class. she ends up having sex with her professor, he treats her horribly, she writes a piece about it, and everyone in her class dissects it because they don't believe it could possibly happen. finally, she screams it's TRUE! it happened to ME!.
i can relate (but i have not had sex with the professor).
some things are apparently SO true that they just don't seem that way at all.
