i need help, but not like THAT.....
so ive been cleaning around the house throwing away shit i dont need to bring with me. sorting through things i want to keep. and i guess im pretty much ready to pack everything i want to take with me, but because i dont move for a little over a month i dont see the sense in packing things im going to want to use now. ill probably start packing things mid june. or mabey do like preliminary packing like things i know i wont need while im still at home or things i could really do without for the time being.
the problem is i dont have any boxes to pack things in. which sounds funny cause i work at ups and i deal with boxes on a daily basis. my grandmother actually just moved in with my mom recently and im sure i can ask to use some of her boxes to do my move. i dont really have alot of stuff and depending on how big the boxes are i may only need 2-3 to actually get everything i need moved. mabey less.
the other problem is transport, but this is why i do ppl favors, to have them back in return. as for my "stuff" thats boxed id really appreciate it if adam and anita took alittle bit of time out of theyre busy schedules to help me just transport my crap from my current hell hole to my future refuge. it wont be much, just some boxes and suitcases of clothing and junk, it shouldnt be a big deal and i hope to not have it exceed more then one trip, two tops. lemme know.
then the bigger problem is, my BIG stuff.
like my television, which my father is still fighting to keep. and my futon. im sure the futon can be taken apart a bit which would make it easier for transport but my television is big, and so are my computer things like my desk and chair assuming my dad doesnt try to fight for those things either. i was thinking about possibly renting a uhaul for the day or something cause i really dont know anyone who owns a truck that could help me move. my moms quasi-boyfriend has an suv but i dont really think itll be all that helpfull if i needed him to help me move, but mabey.
i guess this is my coy way of asking if anyone has any ideas for me, or if they know someone who can help or if they can help themselves. as far as vehicular transportational help i am willing to give gas money. and i guess ill buy ppl lunch if they help me like adam and anita did for me.
well i guess ill just have to wait and see what developes and mabey just start saving money for a uhaul, i hope theyre not that expensive. shit i hope i an GET one, i dont even really know if i remember how to drive. ok im out for now.
