i wanted new computer... realized i can't get it :/ (cuz mom's in a horrible mood-damn house)

wonder if its any good

i want a
-lcd monitor (not a shit one)
-dvd writer (dual layer 16x)
-AT LEAST 512MB of ram
-anything better than my p3 @ 736 mHz +_+ so p4 @ 2.8+?
-decent video card, not like the fucking rage 128 i got with this computer.

can this be done in less than 800?
