Happy 4th!
I share a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that used to be all bills paid. That all ended a couple months ago when the entire complex finally switched over, but already we are feeling the BURN and BANE that is the cost of electricity...
Our bill was a whopping $360 this past month, pushing what used to be a $690 ABP unit into a hellacious $900+ nightmare that we are living with right now.
Needless to say we will be moving out in 30 days.

In better news, I've qualified again to advance to Abilene's July 9th Championship Final courtesy of our local Texas Poker League (Graham's/Woofer's). If I can win there, I'll be secured a seat at this year's Bellagio Fiesta Al Lago Tourney being held this Oct. in Vegas where 1st prize will net you over a million bucks plus TV coverage from the WPT. How awesome is that?
The last tournament final the TPL held was back in March and a woman from here won it, securing a $10,000 seat at this year's WSOP Main Event.
I can't wait...
