I got acute bronchitis. Which goes away. But its a big sign that if i keep it up in 20 years i wouldn't be able to walk up a flight of stairs

Not that long, But going from a pack a day to none its forever
I went on the patch, And now i see people smoking, And it just grosses me out.

i've tried quitting before, But i did that cold turkey, and that just wasn't going to happen.
But this patch is god, It really works. If anyone wants to quit I highly suggest it.
