Going way to far

Ok so I have become obsessed with him and I only made him hate me!! What the hell is wrong with me? I called and text him every day this last week. Damn way to obsessed. I even drove by his house like everyday. I went out not wanting to see him but I ended up seeing him then I got really fuck ass drunk and harassed him then say out in my car to wait for him to leave bar. He and his friends called the cops I had to spend the night in jail!!! DUI BECAUSE I HAD MY KEYS WHILE SITTING IN MY PARKED CAR!!!! This sux he lied my life is broken how do I recovery and how do I change?
