This man is BAD for me! D:

SERIOUSLY. Just finished watching The Actors, which is from 2003 and the sort of film you'd only learn about if you were trying to find it.

I have to watch the intro scene (third cap) of the movie again so I can figure out what his character (Tom!! ♥) is quoting/reciting, because it was gorgeous and sounded fantastic coming from him

But yes, I've decided I have an addiction. But it's not really an addiction if you admit it to being an addiction, right? I bet you can't guess what I'm addicted to. Three guesses, you won't get it!

A Film with Me in It (2008) .... Pierce
Run Fatboy Run (2007) .... Gordon
Tell It to the Fishes (2006) .... Finn
A Cock and Bull Story (2005) .... Dr. Slop
"Black Books" .... Bernard Black (18 episodes, 2000-2004)
Shaun of the Dead (2004) .... David
The Actors (2003) .... Tom Quirk
"How Do You Want Me?" .... Ian Lyons (12 episodes, 1998-1999)
Notting Hill (1999) .... Rufus the Thief

Yeah. That's... just... yeah. Although I suppose I'm not too bad, because I haven't seen two of his three standups all the way through, so I've got that going for me. Or... something.

But he's terrible for me, really. Watched Shaun of the Dead a day or two ago and spent the following two hours talking with a half decent Irish accent, EVEN THOUGH Dylan's character hardly got to talk but he threw a trash bin through a pub window. I mean, Gary is just as Irish as Dylan is, and yet I don't get this random accent change when I listen to Gary interview or performances or anything. But five minutes of bloopers from Black Books? "Fuck a monkey!", Irish lilt and all. Honestly, if/when I ever take up smoking, it will be all his fault, because like all our teachers and parents warned us against in elementary and middle school, smoking LOOKS cool, but it really isn't.

Yeah, about that...

To sum it up, I think I'm screwed.

*wibble*

this shiny box-thing is bad for me, dylan moran, twaddle, blokes too cool for their own good
