Merci pour the b'day greeting and as f/ f/giving you, I must confess that I am fairly atrocious at remembering b'days m'sel so think nothing of it. If you think of it - vondabal! - if not, I know that we still remain friends and that is much more important, n'est-ce pas?
As f/ Sags being described as "wonderful" - perhaps only by some of our wives, who, most f/tunately pour us, God has seen fit to enlighten you to our virtues, bless you w/ kind understanding, and to no small degree blind you to our several faults. Odd, I was just detailing my two greatest self-perceived greatest faults to a great friend who took me to lunch at J.P. Changs (which was a real treat) and lavished me w/ b'day and Christmas gifts. I have at times o'er the years been her sounding board/unpaid-shrink through some rather difficult times in her life. She is truly a most incredible woman. If most p58ople cul but know the TRUE trajeoopdies of this (Happy, get off the keyboard, s'il vous plait) woman's life they would possible have a different perpective of their own. But, these are secrets not mine own, so I will not divulge the horrors hidden w/in the closets of her otherwise very successful life. Very attractive blondes tend to have successful lives if they even halfway try - at least that has been my personal obsevations, but that does not mean that they can control the lives of others that are most close to them. But, I digress, and badly!

Our lives are far too short to burden ourselves w/ embarrassment. Cast it off, I beg of you, as you would a threadbare cuff. Long have I tried to teach the folly of "making oneself into blushing", mon amie.
