HBP film 'A load of old Hogwarts'?
Woe! I feared as much. Ever since I read that Yates wanted to bring out the 'humour' in his next film, I have had a horrible suspicion that much of HBP would be turned into ridiculous romcom at the expense of the much more important and Darker story line

“Roles kind of pick you in a way. It’s a weird tyranny out there ..." I guess this means that his own looks and previous experience single him out in people's minds for certain sorts of characters. He has to choose from what is offered to him - based on other people's perceptions of his abilities.
"... And you have to keep looking in the mirror because the roles that picked you five years ago will be discarding you now. It’s shifting sand.” Well, just that he is aging, so the roles he is offered reflect that fact, and change accordingly over the years ...
But the thing is, that the Snape role he plays does not conform to this latter statement - given that he played initially, and continues to play, a character much younger than himself!
