eSnapism

Yep. You can tell how humdrum my real life is right now by the preponderance of Snapey stuff in my posts. He remains my favorite source of escapism, or as I prefer to call it - eSnapism.

But tonight I find myself totally unable to get to sleep without getting some things off my chest …

First the cat, which was determined to smother me, then decided to dominate my half of the bed entirely.

Second, my exiting agenda for tomorrow:

Morning: Take child to hairdresser. Wait around. Pay. Go home. Make lunch. Afternoon: Take second child to different hairdresser. Sit around waiting again, Pay again. Go home again. Make another meal. I may explode with the excitement of it all. Or go wild and sneak off under the radar to buy Snape!Guy a new wig ...

Third, these loony limericks which have invaded my brain for some unfathomable reason. I apologize, but they have to be extricated:

The man who was Dumbledore’s spy
Looked Voldemort straight in the eye
Then spun him some guff
RE: Harry and stuff
The Dark Lord knew not was a lie …

also

The sorcerer Severus Snape
Enchanted his billowing cape
When correctly charmed
His robes were alarmed
To repel all but that ghastly snake …

So there you have it, and now it’s goodnight from me. Post me a Limerick if you dare! (It's a weekend challenge)

life-changing effects of fandom, poetry, sad attempt at creativity, what passes for real life, the strange way my mind works, snape
