refraction is the devil
While I was waiting on some friends tonight, I laid on a picnic table looking up at the stars with two trees in my peripheral vision. In that peaceful moment i realized a startling fact. I have always heard this, but never really thought about it. And at that precise moment everything finally made since to me. Nothing really has "color" per say, instead, everything just reflects different colors of light. B/c it seemed at that moment, i didnt think of the tree as being green. Instead it seemed to be a green light shining bright, not letting me see the stars as good as i wanted to. Shooot, get out the way stupid tree light, I just wanted to see some stars! Thats all i have to say.
